Spicy Goat Cheese Dip & Air Fried Pasta Chips
Ingredients:
4 oz Goat Cheese
1 jar Terlato Kitchen Spicy Giardiniera Sauce
1 pound Paccheri Pasta
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
½ cup olive oil
Sea salt
Air-fryer

Directions:
1. Boil water, add sea salt and olive oil to water. Add Paccheri Pasta.
2. In a saucepan, heat Spicy G sauce over medium heat.
3. When sauce is hot, add goat cheese to the center and put on pan lid, turn off heat and let the cheese soften and melt.
4. After the pasta is strained, put in a large mixing bowl, and add olive oil and Italian breadcrumbs.
5. Add coated pasta into an air-fryer for 10 minutes to crisp up the pasta.
6. Place dip in a serving bowl and pasta chips on a plate nearby.
